1 head broccoli florets
1/2 C. finely chopped red onion
1/2 C. raisins
1 C. Mayonaise
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1/4 C.sugar
6-8 slices of cooked crumbled bacon
Chop broccoli into small pieces. Place crumbled bacon,raisins, and red onion into bowl with broccoli. In a small bowl, mix together mayo,vinegar and sugar until smooth and add mixture to broccoli mixture. Serve immediately or refridgerate until ready to serve.

I wanted to comment because..my daughter, Sandy, lives with her family in Atlanta, Georgia, manages the practices of five doctors and loves to entertain, loves to set a beautiful table and even talked me out of my beautiful sterling siver. I shipped it to here because as she said "Mom, you so seldom use it and I will use it all the time and think of you every time I do" so..it went in the mail. Just something about what you said in your heading about being a Mom and having limited time. Anyway..I will check back on your very interesting blog.
